How can I book my Nile Cruise ship trip?
You can book all trips online with us and state your individual wishes. Your booking will be processed directly by an employee of our service center.

When is my booking binding?
Please note that at the time of booking the general terms and conditions of the respective ship, shipping company, tour operator or the respective agency apply.
With your online booking you accept the travel contract of the service provider binding. NileRiverCruiseShips.com is the travel agent between you and the ship or shipping company.

How do I get my booking confirmation?
All customers who make an online booking with us will receive a confirmation email immediately after the booking has been completed. Please keep it safe as it contains all the important information about your trip.

Can I cancel or change my travel booking later?
Transfers (eg participants) and cancellations incur charges. The amount of the cancellation or rebooking fees is always based on the reason and time of cancellation / rebooking and after the ship or shipping company. For more information, please refer to the respective terms and conditions.
Our service center will gladly give you further information by e-mail. Let us inform you about the insurance options (travel cancellation insurance).

How do I receive my travel documents or Nile Cruise tickets or ship voucher (coupon)?
The travel processing varies depending on the Nile ship and shipping company. Your travel documents (confirmation, tickets, vouchers, invoice forms, if necessary insurance policy / security certificate, etc.) will be sent to you directly, by e-mail immediately and, if applicable, within 1 week after completion of the booking by post. Some cruise ships, shipping companies send you the travel documents directly. The vouchers will be handed out to you immediately prior to departure (before payment).
For Last Minute bookings (short-term), your travel documents of the corresponding ship will be sent by e-mail. You can embark on presentation of your identity card at Chek-in in the reception. You will be informed in good time about details of payment options and payment methods.

How can I pay my booking travel?
Depending on the tour operator, there are bank transfer, direct debit, credit card, Maestro bank card (debit), or cash. Most of the time you pay locally to disembarkation at Chek-out or by bank transfer directly to the ship or shipping company.
All prices are final prices incl. Tax, tax, port, seasonal surcharges, etc. except visa.

Are my personal details (credit card number, ...) safe?
All customer-relevant data is encrypted using the SSL method (Secure Sockets Layer). SSL encryption technology protects and encrypts your data. This connection enables a high level of security during data transmissions.

Do I need insurance/travel insurance?
We recommend the conclusion of a travel insurance. These should be booked at the same time as your hotel. For all bookings, you can take out insurance for on-return, luggage and travel insurance directly.

Booking/Reservation
You can book all Cruises or Cabins directly with us. Your booking request will be processed directly by an employee of our service center with hotelier.
Our Booking-Center employees check all data and contact you directly in case of open questions. Afterwards you will immediately receive a confirmation email. Please check them immediately and in case of discrepancies contact us directly by e-mail with Service-Center. The hotel/room confirmation email must be kept safe as it contains all the important information in advance of your stay.

Payment
All prices are final prices incl. Tax, tax, environmental fees, etc. except Visa!
Depending on the ship, shipping company you have PayPal, bank transfer, direct debit, credit card, debit card, or cash. You pay by bank transfer directly to the ship or shipping company after invoicing by the ship/shipping company or agency.

Travel Documents
The travel processing varies depending on the organizer. Your travel documents (confirmation, invoice forms, security certificate, etc.) will be sent to you immediately after the booking is completed by e-mail or mail. Some ships or shipping companies send you the travel documents by e-mail directly. The tickets will be handed out before you travel.
